30 Min Discovery Session - Free

This free session is offered to all new clients.
In our time together we will focus on identifying your current challenges and discussing how holistic wellness coaching could support you in navigating through them.
We will also have a chance to determine if we are a good match to work together.

50 Min Coaching Session - $150

Individual coaching sessions are perfect for anyone who would like to experience coaching but is not ready to commit to a longer plan yet, or for anyone who has already completed a 30 or 90-Day Program and would like a follow-up session. Each session will bring more clarity to your situation and to the choices available to you so that you can confidently take action towards achieving your goals and improving your health and wellbeing.

30-Day Coaching Program (4 sessions) - $500

This one-month coaching program is a great investment for anyone who is going through a difficult transition in life or anyone who just feels stuck and is having a hard time moving forward and achieving their goals. By committing to one month of working together, we will have the opportunity to not only work on identifying what it is that is making you feel stuck and moving past it, but also to put an emphasis on implementing consistency and accountability, which are two of the most important factors in creating healthy habits and setting the foundation for achieving your goals and building the life you want.

90-Day Coaching Program (12 sessions) - $1,500​

This three-month coaching program is a great option for anyone who has difficulty breaking unhealthy or addictive behaviors and finds themselves easily falling back into old habits. By committing to three months of working together, we will be able to take a deeper dive into the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of the unhealthy patterns holding you back and engage in creating a step-by-step process to change them into better and healthier ones. For clients choosing this program I offer additional support in between our weekly coaching sessions to help you stay motivated and on track to achieving your goals. This personalized support system will be uniquely designed with each client in the beginning of the program and include 2 to 3 extra support methods to help set you up with the best chance possible for success (ex: follow up emails, daily reminders, inspirational quotes, self-inquiry worksheets, check-in calls/texts or short video chats, etc.) By making this commitment to working on yourself, you will have a great opportunity to learn the process involved in breaking patterns that no longer serve you and replacing them with ones that do. Completing this program will help you develop a set of tools that you can use to help you navigate through future challenges, so that you can stay consistent in implementing healthy habits and achieving your goals.
